Engain Promotion Leads To New Client Service Coordinator.

The Engain team is delighted to see the promotion of administrator Hayley Stevens to the role of Client Service Coordinator.

Hayley has more than 20 years’ experience with clients, 18 of those within the Aerospace industry. She has an NVQ in Business Administration and is a trained BSI ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.

Hayley thrives on helping and supporting others and employs a naturally friendly and helpful persona, which engenders trust. She has a strong work ethic and goes the extra mile to assist everyone she supports.

She will primarily be responsible for maintaining direct communication between the company and its clients to ensure the smooth flow of project operations, meeting the clients’ specifications and business goals, to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the business.

Hayley will be the first point of contact for clients and will champion excellent service delivery across the whole organisation, ensuring accurate client data management from start to finish on each project.

She will also be responsible for Financial Recording Coordination and Quality Assurance Management, and will drive and implement new and relevant quality accreditations for the company.
