Engain is proud to announce that they have achieved ISO 9001 accreditation, the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems (QMS). Achieving this coveted standard demonstrates the team’s ability to deliver a high level of services consistently, meeting the expectations of both client and regulatory requirements.
According to Hayley Stevens, who is Engain’s Client Service Coordinator, the team are delighted to receive the accreditation, which will ‘prove our commitment to offering the highest possible standards to our clients.”
ISO 9001 applies to any sized company, in any industry, and is often a coveted accreditation for companies much larger than Engain. Upwards of one million organisations from more than 160 countries have utilised the ISO 9001 standard requirements to their QMS.
Thanks to this high accreditation, Engain’s processes will be audited externally every year. This will help continually improve efficiency and organise processes in a way that will directly benefit clients.
Engain’s CEO, Nikki Wood, said ‘our professional work is always conducted with the utmost care and consideration. We hold ourselves to a high standard, which has helped us maintain longlisting and far-reaching client relationships. These principles allow us to conduct our work with due diligence for the environment and our clients. Not only is the accreditation a symbol of our high standards, but it allows us to offer our clients a service that will only continue to improve.’
Director, Matt Davies, said, ‘I’m thrilled that we’ve finally received ISO 9001 accreditation. It’s a symbol of all the hard work, knowledge, skill, and professionalism that continuously goes into our work for both our UK and international clients.’
Engain’s accreditation should come as no surprise to their past clients, who have witnessed for themselves the consistent high-quality work and services Engain provides.
