Fantastic, long-awaited news this week for our client Rotolok.
Following careful consideration and ecological mitigation measures, consent has been granted for the developer to progress construction of a luxury hotel, restaurant and spa on the previously abandoned Drake’s Island, in Plymouth Sound. The proposal will also facilitate public access to the island and contains a long term commitment to the conservation of the little egret roosting colony on the island.
